The beautiful Art-Nouveau villa faces the vineyards of the famous Umberto I wine high school of Alba. Its strategic position makes it a perfect starting point to discover the surrounding hills. Only a five-minute walk from the historic center means that great restaurants, wine bars, cinemas and museums can easily be reached on foot.
On the ground floor, the family house offers a kitchen, a dining room, one bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room, which leads to a private garden. On the first floor there is a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the second floor there are two large bedrooms and one bathroom. The house was recently renovated and is furnished with period furniture. It will make your stay in Alba unique and unforgettable. For those traveling by motorcycle or bicycle there is a private garage for parking.
